Add the canonical flat pkgs/mwrap category and independent tests/mwrap consumers. Git and publication share the layout; the current mcpp discovers declared identities directly, so no staging/path conversion or engine change is needed. Historical identities, resource blocks and checksums remain intact.

  • Publish the bilingual mwrap specification and authoring skill: upstream[.N] versions, original API namespaces/types, separate macro mappings, explicit provider/feature ownership, runnable templates and concise -m READMEs (normally <=100 lines per language).
  • Register OpenCV 5.0.0.1 and ORT 1.25.1 with a checksummed official CPU SDK provider; add real archive/template consumers for all seven -m libraries. Existing identities migrate individually. Runtime/plugin/host-rule revisions remain coupled; updater selection includes target/build dependencies.
  • Extend the existing WebP provider with optional mux/demux, preserving default source/ISA policy. Tests check lossless RGB/alpha, animation/timing/loops, XMP, relocated deployment, notices and loader closure.
  • Mixed workspaces use one complete unchanged candidate built-in index. Empty member indices override legacy routing; namespace views are limited to isolated tooling. Private-home regressions cover the two-view ambiguity and real ORT inference/API behavior. User-global index configuration is not replaced.
  • Account for measured installed-template/deployment costs in shard weights. Linux's same 26-member workload reprices the old slowest slice at 6486s; four revised slices peak at 4087s (108.1 -> 68.1min), and all four actually passed with a maximum around 60min. Windows' completed checks expose the same unpriced overhead: old slices reprice to 6175/4222s, while three revised slices are 3890/3251/3256s (102.9 -> 64.8min). All tests and the 90min cap stay intact. Default Linux/LLVM consume their own platform/count plans; missing/incomplete plans fail rather than producing empty success. Three regressions exercise real Lua splits and complete member coverage.

Final index: 48640fc7183d428999111f01a6c3c642179ad38d. All three OS descriptors pin OpenCV 5056249212be1470de7fa7c85ea9fc805f72349d, SHA256 9bb69f39be2bd135e83fe1d9afc6b3e00adeaa70a65be315bb29cc5a92e0e40d. Two downloads and all 3716 tracked files match, including 2305 unchanged retained SDK files. The changed root module exactly matches the bytes tested by the GCC negative/positive replay.

Validation:

  • New shard regressions, YAML parsing, namespace/platform-version and whitespace checks pass. The prior current-base audit covers 91 automatic declarations plus two manual immutable snapshots and preserves historical resources; seventeen updater regressions passed.
  • Six unchanged companion source PR heads retain green checks. OpenCV's root fix passes all 38 programs on GCC16/LLVM22/LLVM23 and a warm-graph rollback/restoration with actual ORT CPU session/profile inference.
  • The exact final archive passes fresh-home unmodified template/API consumption, release packing, isolated relocation, ELF closure and fifteen byte-identical notices. Its WebP archive also passes pixels/alpha/animation/XMP, release packing, isolated relocation and eighteen byte-identical notices. Earlier archives are retained only as historical evidence.
  • The following index run passed every Linux and macOS slice, the other Windows slice, updater/site/OpenKAL, then reached the 90min cap in Windows legacy opencv-module. Completed archive/template/member checks passed. The timeout is not counted passing; final index changes only Windows timing rows and the evidence ledger, keeping source 5056249 and every package resource unchanged.

Final gates: source CI, validate, updater, site, OpenKAL. No readiness declaration until all required final checks pass. See the requirement ledger.

Headless/template tests do not certify physical cameras, GPU backends, actual Godot engine loading, model quality or unsupported Windows gRPC runtime. Source capability matrices retain planned/unavailable entries. Draft for review; no merge, tag or release. mcpp engine source stays read-only; its independent documentation PR is not a prerequisite.
